The 1st Lady Bay Scout Headquarters is a purpose-built facility in the heart of the Lady Bay community and is home to thriving Beaver, Cub and Scout groups.
The hall is reserved for use by the three sections of the group in the early evenings on at least two days of the week. At other times and in school holidays (see the calendar below) the Hall is available for hire for occasional or regular bookings by; private individuals for birthday parties and other events; community groups; clubs; social and leisure organisations; and commercial organisations for the purposes of meetings/training etc.
Highlights of the Hall include:

- Kitchen, with range, microwave, sinks and fridge
- Toilets, inc. Accessible and Baby Change Facilities
- Tables and Chairs Available
- Some external Areas for outdoor activities/seating
The main hall is approx 15m x 7m (2.5m-4.8m high) with a maximum capacity of 60 (Seated) or 100 (standing). There is air conditioning in the hall, level access throughout as well as an accessible toilet/shower. Tables and Chairs are also available.
There is a second meeting/breakout room (approx 5.5m x 4m) as well as access to the kitchen with double oven, hob, microwave, continuous hot water boiler for unlimited hot drink provision, 2 washing up sinks and a hand wash sink, as well as crockery and cutlery.
1st Lady Bay Scout Group welcomes users of its premises and facilities, both in helping with the costs of upkeep of the building and as a practical way of supporting local community but sorry, we’re unable to accommodate over-night stays.

To book the Hall, Check the calendar for a free slot between 8am and 10pm, and then contact us using the form below, after having read the terms and conditions (which are in plain english).
To Request a Hall Hire Booking (available between 8am and 10pm) , please fill in your details below and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Note: we need at least 3 days notice for a booking. We will be in touch following your enquiry and confirm next steps/payment of deposit, etc.. A booking is not “firm” unless confirmed by us in writing and with a cleared deposit.
